The same work on every device. The agent keeps going when you close your laptop.

## One account on every device

Open the app in a browser on your computer, phone or tablet and sign in with the same account. You see the same conversations, files, tasks and schedules. Start at your desk and finish on the go.

## The desktop app

The app runs in the browser on every device, with nothing to install. On Windows you can also install the Steerbay desktop app. Download it from the Download Steerbay section of the home page. The macOS version is coming soon.

The desktop app has its own browser for browsing the web by hand. The agent's tasks always run in its cloud browser, and sign-ins are not shared between the two.

## Work continues with the laptop closed

The agent, its browser and its working files run in the cloud. Your device is where you give the work and review the result. Close the laptop and the task finishes; schedules run while your device is off. You need an internet connection to give and review work.

## On a smaller screen

- Add a short request, answer the agent's question or read a finished result.
- When uploading, check which file or photo your phone actually selected.
- Before a final confirmation, zoom in on the price, recipient or form content; if you cannot review it clearly, finish on a larger screen.

A mobile browser may suspend an inactive page. When you come back, let it reconnect and check the conversation's state. Do not resend a message right after a dropout, or you may submit the work twice.

## What stays on the device

- Downloaded files are local copies; attach them again after editing.
- Sign-ins in your personal browser do not carry over to the agent's browser.
- Microphone permission and similar browser settings are set on each device separately.
