## What exactly is Steerbay?

A platform for your AI agents. You describe a task in a conversation, and the agent uses its browser, files and tools to reach the result. For ordinary questions and writing, a quick answer is enough.

## How is it different from an ordinary AI chat?

Provider apps have agent features too. Here the model works in a persistent working environment: browser, files, tasks and schedules together, in planets and on every device, and companies add a shared workspace. What matters is how this way of working fits you.

## Does the agent work while my laptop is closed?

Yes. The agent and its browser run in the cloud, and schedules run while your device is off. Your laptop or phone is where you give the work and review the result.

## Can I use it on iPhone, Android or a tablet?

Yes, in the browser. You open the same conversations, files and tasks on a computer, phone or tablet.

## Do I have to choose a folder to chat?

No. An ordinary chat needs no folder. If the agent should work with a particular file, attach it.

## Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe the result you want in ordinary words. The guide Writing good requests shows how.

## Will it send messages or spend money by itself?

It depends on the access you give it and on the request. A shopping task can compare options and prepare a basket; an email routine can draft replies. Decide in advance which purchases, messages and other important steps you want to approve first; you can make the final confirmation yourself.

## Does my data stay private?

Your conversations, files and website sign-ins belong to your account. The request's content is processed by the provider of the chosen model. Fully local processing would need local models; private deployment on hardware in Czechia is planned.

## Can the agent have its own email or purchasing account?

The agent works with the accounts you sign in to in its browser. That can be a separate work account where the service allows one. Set permissions and spending limits in that service itself.

## How do plans and limits work?

Free at €0, Plus at €59, Pro at €199 and Max at €399 a month, VAT included. Every plan has a monthly allowance, and paid plans a weekly limit too. You choose a plan on the account page in the app and can cancel anytime. The guide Plans and limits has the details.
