# Privacy and data

What you share during work, what stays separate and how to limit sharing.

## What you share during work

You give the working environment messages, attachments and the information a task needs. The work is stored in the cloud, not only on your device. The request and the necessary context are processed by the provider of the chosen AI model. Website tasks also communicate with the target websites.

- Account: your identity and your sign-in to the app.
- Conversations and files: requests, answers, attachments and created outputs.
- Website sign-ins: the saved sessions of the agent's browser.

## What stays separate

Each account has its own conversations and files. Website sign-ins stay with the account where they were made. In the company workspace, company context and workflows are shared, not members' personal conversations or sign-ins. Planets keep the context, files and conversations of each workspace apart.

## How to limit sharing

Share only the parts of the material that are needed, and remove personal data and internal identifiers where practical. Enter passwords and codes on the service's sign-in page, not in the chat. Keep your own copy of important outputs. Signing out, deleting a conversation and removing website access are separate actions; one does not perform the others.

## What these guides do not promise

Separate accounts do not mean data never leaves a server. These guides do not promise zero retention, exclusion from model training, storage in only one country or any certification. For sensitive company work, have the conditions confirmed in advance. Local processing on hardware in Czechia is planned as part of private deployment.
