# Troubleshooting

When a task stalls, a website will not cooperate or a limit runs out.

## Preserve the state first

Before retrying, save any unsent message and read the conversation's latest state. Note the exact error and the time. If a purchase, a sent message or a data change may have happened, check the target service first. Blind retries can duplicate an action.

## The app disconnected

Check your internet connection, return to the same account and let the state reconnect. If the session expired, sign in again. Do not submit the same work again until you have checked the original run; the agent in the cloud may have kept going.

## The agent is waiting for a sign-in

Sign in to the service in the agent's browser, in the live view. Your sign-in in your personal browser is not enough. Enter any verification code directly on the service's page.

## A website shows a CAPTCHA or denies access

Have the specific blocker described and stop repeating the same attempt. Where it makes sense, supply an export or the content by hand. Not every website is open to automation.

## A file is missing or will not open

Check the original conversation, that the upload finished and the file name. Ask for an actual link to the file. A path from another device may not be reachable; the file needs to be attached.

## The result contains an error

Point out the wrong value and the source for the correction. After the fix, ask for dependent values to be recalculated; changing one cell may not fix the whole conclusion.

## A scheduled result did not arrive

Check that the schedule is switched on, its timezone and next run, the access it needs and your plan limit. Read the latest result, which may describe an error. Scheduled tasks come with the Plus, Pro and Max plans.

## You reached a limit

Your account shows which limit you reached and when it resets. Wait for the reset or move to a higher plan. Repeated messages do not remove a limit.
