# Terms of service

The terms for using Steerbay and its monthly plans.

## Your agreement

These terms apply when you use Steerbay; a separately agreed business contract can set additional terms. Use the service only if you can enter into this agreement, or are authorized to act for your organization.

## Using the service

Steerbay provides an AI work environment with chat, files, browsers and the features available on your plan. You are responsible for the instructions you give, the access you grant and having the rights to the information you upload. Keep credentials private and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, bypassing access restrictions or disrupting other users.

AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Review results and consequential actions before relying on them. A task can fail because of a model, website, permission, capacity limit or service interruption. Steerbay does not guarantee that every task will succeed. External services retain their own terms and permissions. Connecting a personal AI subscription does not include that provider's fees or override its eligibility rules and limits.

## Plans and payments

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. The [pricing page](https://www.steerbay.com/en/pricing/) describes current prices and plan limits; checkout shows the amount and currency before you pay. Published consumer prices include VAT. The paid contract starts when payment is accepted and the subscription is confirmed. We provide confirmation electronically. Free access has usage limits; no paid subscription is created just by signing in. Enterprise scope and price require a separate agreement.

Manage a subscription through your account's billing portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. A displayed plan-change quote explains any immediate charge or credit. Cancellation of renewal is separate from a statutory withdrawal or a complaint. We will give advance notice of material price or service changes and allow you to stop renewal before a new price applies.

## Consumer withdrawal and refunds

Consumers who subscribe online have a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the service contract. To withdraw, send a clear statement to [support@dezajn.com](mailto:support@dezajn.com), identifying the account and subscription date. You may use: “I withdraw from my Steerbay subscription agreed on \[date\], account email \[email\], name \[name\], request date \[date\].” No particular wording is required. We will acknowledge the request and return payments due within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Starting to use an ongoing service does not by itself remove this right. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

## Problems and complaints

Report a service or billing problem to [support@dezajn.com](mailto:support@dezajn.com) with your account email and what happened; never include passwords or full card details. We will acknowledge the complaint and handle it under applicable law, including statutory remedies for a non-conforming digital service. Consumers may seek out-of-court resolution through the [Czech Trade Inspection Authority](https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/). This does not prevent you from going to court.

## Your content and access

You retain the rights you have in your inputs and files. You permit us and the necessary service providers to process them to deliver your requested work. AI output may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection. Review third-party rights before using it. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, non-payment or a legal requirement, and provide notice and a way to contact us where possible. You may stop using the service and request deletion; cancellation and legally required record retention still apply.

## Applicable law

Czech law applies, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately before they apply. The Czech and English versions describe the same service; mandatory local rights always remain in place.
