The limits measure three things: how much work your agents do, how long a cloud computer works for you, and how many files you keep. ### Monthly agent allowance How much work your agents do in a month. A long, demanding task uses more than a short question. The allowance renews at the start of each billing month. No card and no time limit. The allowance renews each month. - **How do the limits work?**: Every plan has a monthly allowance. Paid plans also have a weekly limit, so a few busy days cannot use up the whole month. - **What if I reach a limit?**: Your account shows when it resets. Wait for the reset or move to a higher plan. - **How do I change or cancel?**: On the account page, which the app links to. In billing management there you can switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel. - **Do I need my own ChatGPT?**: No. Every plan can use Steerbay AI with Claude models by Anthropic, without connecting ChatGPT. If you have a ChatGPT subscription, you can connect it on any plan and the agents then work through it. - **Does unused time roll over?**: No. The monthly allowance and cloud computer time reset to your plan's full amount at the start of each billing month. Whatever you do not use does not carry over. - **What happens to my files if I move to a lower plan?**: Nothing is deleted. You can still open and download your files; if they take up more than the new plan allows, you can add new ones once you are back under the limit. Schedules over the new plan's limit are paused. A dedicated cloud computer is kept for 30 more days so you can download what you need. - **Does a plan cover a whole company?**: No. A plan belongs to one account, and each person has their own limits.
